Mold Cleaning Materials
RUBCLEAN
Rubclean is a specially formulated compound for the cleaning of thermosetting transfer mold. It has its excellent elastic properties which easing the removal of the compound from the mold without leaving any unwanted debris and assist in the house keeping of the molding station.
ELASTOWET
Elastowet is a specially formulated compound for wetting and conditioning of thermosetting transfer mold after mold cleaning. Elastowet has good compatibility with Rubclean.

Mold Cleaning Compound
Mold cleaner is melamine resin base which specially formulated for epoxy holding process, It comes with in 2 types: Transfer type & Compression type ​
Mold Conditioning Compound
Mold conditioner is a “more-highly” wax-filled mold compound that conditions the mold for transfer molding epoxy mold compound. Prior to conditioning the mold, it is a common industry practice to use Melamine Cleaning compound or cleaning rubber sheet to clean the mold chase/die. The mold cleaning process typically leaves the mold surface very dry, and this is why mold conditioning is performed.

Cleaning paper frame specially designed to replace conventional metal lead frames or metal plate for cost-reduction
Prevent cleaning compound bleed out causing vacuum hole block during mold cleaning process by using recycle or damage metal plate

FR4 dummy substrate specially designed to replace BGA substrate for mold cleaning and dummy buy off
